Scope

These terms apply to concierge services, short-term rental management, hotel-grade cleaning, operational support, pricing optimization, and more broadly to the services presented on the website.

Where a specific offer, quote, mandate, service agreement, or commercial lease has been signed, that document prevails over these terms for the relevant clauses.

Order and contract formation

A request sent through the website is a contact request, not a binding order.

The contractual relationship starts once a quote, commercial proposal, or agreement is expressly accepted and, where applicable, once any deposit or initial payment has been made.

Services provided

  • Property audit and operating setup.
  • Listing creation or optimization and pricing management.
  • Guest management, check-in, check-out, and operational support.
  • Cleaning, laundry, light maintenance, and partner coordination.
  • Owner reporting and performance monitoring.

Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise. The final price is the one shown in the accepted quote, commercial proposal, or agreement.

Invoices are payable according to the schedule set in the applicable contractual document. In the event of late payment or payment incidents, Nouni Conciergerie may suspend all or part of the services after reasonable notice.

Client obligations

  • Provide accurate information about the property, its status, and its operating constraints.
  • Hold the rights, authorizations, approvals, or mandates necessary to entrust the property or operations to Nouni Conciergerie.
  • Ensure access to the property, key handover, instructions, and guest information required to perform the services.
  • Pay all sums due on the agreed dates.

Withdrawal, cancellation, and termination

Where Moroccan Law No. 31-08 grants a withdrawal right to a consumer in a distance contract, that right applies under the relevant legal conditions.

If the client expressly requests performance before the legal period expires, or if the service is customized or has already started, the exceptions provided by law or by the specific agreement may apply.

Cancellation, postponement, or termination rules for a scheduled mission may be detailed and supplemented in the relevant quote or agreement.

Liability

Nouni Conciergerie is bound by a best-efforts obligation. Unless expressly agreed in writing, it does not guarantee a minimum revenue level, occupancy rate, or the complete absence of operational contingencies.

Its liability is limited to direct, proven damages resulting from a demonstrated contractual fault, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Complaints and applicable law

Any issue should be reported in writing without unreasonable delay so that it can be resolved quickly. These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The parties will seek an amicable resolution before bringing any matter before the competent courts.
